1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and the entity operating the 99ba platform ("99ba", "we", "us", "our") in connection with your access to and use of the website located at 99ba.click and all associated services, games, tools, and payment features offered therein.
By registering an account at 99ba, depositing funds, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 99ba platform.
These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, which form an integral part of the agreement between you and 99ba.
99ba reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The most recent version will always be available on this page with the date of last revision clearly indicated at the top. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
To register and use the 99ba platform you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. 99ba does not accept players under 18 under any circumstances.
- You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted.
- You must be the authorised holder of the payment method used to make deposits and receive withdrawals.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary gaming ban in any jurisdiction.
- You must not currently hold more than one active 99ba account.
- You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using another person's identity or payment credentials.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all of the above eligibility criteria. 99ba reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to suspend or close accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one account at 99ba. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If 99ba identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and any bonus winnings or pending withdrawals may be voided.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment details you register. You are responsible for keeping this information updated. Notify 99ba immediately if any of your registered details change.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your password, OTP codes, and linked payment credentials. Do not share your login details with any third party. 99ba will never ask for your password via any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 99ba support immediately at support@99ba.click.
3.4 Account Verification (KYC)
99ba may require identity verification at any point — particularly before processing large withdrawals or upon detecting unusual account activity. Verification typically requires a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC). Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
4. Deposits & Payments
All transactions on the 99ba platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99ba accepts deposits via the following payment methods:
- JazzCash — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
- Easypaisa — minimum deposit Rs 200, instant credit
- NayaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, credit within 2 minutes
- SadaPay — minimum deposit Rs 500, credit within 2 minutes
- Bank Transfer (IBFT) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, credit within 1–2 business hours
- Visa / Mastercard (Pakistani-issued cards only) — minimum deposit Rs 1,000, credit within 5 minutes
99ba does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 99ba's control. Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable transfer costs.
99ba reserves the right to decline any deposit if there is reason to believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or the platform's anti-money laundering policies. Declined deposits will be returned to the originating payment method.
5. Withdrawals
99ba processes player withdrawals promptly and charges zero fees on all withdrawals regardless of amount or method. Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the Withdraw section of your account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever possible.
5.1 Processing Times
- JazzCash / Easypaisa: 3–5 minutes from request submission
- NayaPay / SadaPay: 5–10 minutes
- Bank IBFT: 1–2 working hours during banking hours
- Visa / Mastercard: 1–3 working days (subject to issuing bank)
5.2 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for bank and card withdrawals. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for standard accounts, though 99ba may request additional verification for very large single withdrawals.
5.3 Withdrawal Conditions
A deposit must complete at least a 1x playthrough (i.e., total wagered must equal at least the deposit amount) before it qualifies for withdrawal. This condition exists to protect the integrity of the payment system against misuse. Deposited funds that have not met the playthrough requirement may not be withdrawn directly but remain available for gaming.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
99ba offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.
6.1 Welcome Bonus
New players who make a qualifying first deposit of Rs 1,000 or more may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to 50% of the deposit amount, capped at Rs 25,000. The welcome bonus carries a 10x wagering requirement — meaning the bonus amount must be wagered ten times in eligible games before it can be converted to withdrawable funds.
6.2 VIP Cashback
VIP Club members receive weekly cashback on net losses at rates from 5% (Silver) to 15% (Diamond). Cashback credits carry a 1x playthrough requirement for Silver and Gold members and zero playthrough for Platinum and Diamond members. Full details are available in the VIP Club section.
6.3 General Bonus Rules
- Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address.
- Bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing wagers, unless stated otherwise.
- Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, hedging, or systematic low-variance betting to clear requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
- 99ba reserves the right to modify, cancel, or expire any bonus at its discretion with reasonable notice.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash directly.
7. Gameplay Rules
All games offered at 99ba — including but not limited to Aviator, Teen Patti, Roulette, Ludo, and live casino games — operate in accordance with specific game rules accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you accept those individual rules alongside these general Terms.
7.1 Fairness & RNG
Casino game outcomes at 99ba are determined by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that ensure fair and unpredictable results on every round. The outcome of any game cannot be influenced by 99ba staff, the platform, or any player.
7.2 Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 99ba will make every effort to resolve the issue in a fair manner. Where a malfunction renders a game result void, the wager placed for that round will be returned to the player's balance. 99ba's decision on malfunction outcomes is final.
7.3 Collusion & Cheating
Any form of collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploiting software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited. 99ba employs active monitoring tools to detect such activity. Accounts found to be in breach will be suspended and any associated funds will be subject to review and possible forfeiture.
8. Sports Betting
Sports betting at 99ba is governed by the general rules set out in this section together with sport-specific and market-specific rules accessible from the sportsbook interface. By placing any sports bet, you confirm your acceptance of all applicable rules.
8.1 Odds & Markets
All odds displayed on the 99ba sportsbook are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the odds are locked for that wager. 99ba reserves the right to correct obvious errors in odds — if a bet was accepted at clearly erroneous odds, it may be voided and the stake returned.
8.2 Match Abandonment & Postponement
For cricket and other sports, if a match is abandoned or postponed before the minimum number of overs or time required for a result, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned unless a result has already been officially determined. PSL matches require a minimum of five overs per innings for bets to stand. Full abandonment rules are available in the sportsbook help section.
8.3 Maximum Payout
A maximum payout limit per single bet applies. The standard maximum payout for any individual sports bet at 99ba is Rs 50,00,000 (fifty lakh rupees). For accumulator (parlay) bets, the maximum payout is Rs 25,00,000. These limits may be adjusted for VIP Club members. Winning bets above these thresholds will be paid out at the applicable maximum.
8.4 Live Betting
In-play (live) betting markets are available on selected events at 99ba. Live odds update rapidly based on match events. There may be brief periods during which live markets are suspended — for example around wickets, goals, or other significant moments. Bets placed just before a suspension may be voided at 99ba's discretion if the market was reasonably suspended to reflect known information.
9. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99ba platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:
- Opening more than one account or registering under a false identity.
- Allowing any other person to access or use your account.
- Depositing funds that originate from criminal activity or are otherwise proceeds of crime (money laundering).
- Using automated scripts, bots, or any software that simulates human interaction with the platform.
- Exploiting software glitches, errors, or loopholes to obtain unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through multi-accounting, hedging, or any other manipulative betting pattern.
- Making threats, using abusive language, or harassing 99ba staff or other players.
- Attempting to reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the 99ba platform.
- Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion order or where gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
10. VIP Club
The 99ba VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Membership is automatic — points are earned on eligible real-money wagers and tier promotions occur automatically upon reaching defined point thresholds.
- VIP points are earned on eligible real-money wagers only. Bonus-funded wagers do not contribute to VIP point accumulation.
- VIP tier benefits — including cashback rates, table limits, and withdrawal priority — are subject to change with reasonable advance notice to affected members.
- Tier status, once earned, cannot be decreased except in cases of account abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
- VIP cashback is calculated on net losses over a rolling seven-day period ending every Sunday at midnight PKT and credited every Monday.
- Personal account managers are assigned to Platinum and Diamond tier members. The specific manager assigned may change from time to time.
- Custom bonus arrangements available to Diamond tier members are conducted at 99ba's sole discretion and constitute separate agreements subject to their own specific terms.

11. Responsible Gaming
99ba is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties. The following tools are available to all 99ba account holders:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Limits can be reduced immediately and increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Reminders: Set time reminders during gaming sessions.
- Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (30 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanently). Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
- Reality Check: Enable pop-up reminders showing time spent and net result during each session.
99ba will never market directly to players who have self-excluded, and all active self-exclusions are enforced without exception. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a serious violation of these Terms.
12. Privacy & Data
99ba collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described therein.

- Your personal data is used solely for account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, customer support, and regulatory compliance.
- 99ba does not sell personal data to third parties.
- All data is encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL and stored securely.
- Payment credentials are handled exclusively by certified payment gateways via tokenisation — 99ba does not store full card or wallet credentials on its servers.
- You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the 99ba platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, game interfaces, software, code, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 99ba or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 99ba content without express written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99ba's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
99ba shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or opportunity arising from use or inability to use the platform.
- Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking networks, or infrastructure beyond 99ba's reasonable control.
- Technical disruptions, downtime, or connectivity issues on third-party networks or the player's own device or internet connection.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain account security.
- Any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
Nothing in these Terms limits 99ba's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
15. Account Suspension & Closure
99ba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances (without limitation):
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
- Provision of false registration information.
- Multiple account creation.
- Abuse of any bonus or promotional offer.
- Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute instruction from a payment provider without legitimate justification.
Upon legitimate account closure (e.g., voluntary closure), any real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, provided all outstanding wagering requirements have been met. Bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited upon closure in breach of these Terms.

16. Amendments to These Terms
99ba reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 99ba will provide reasonable advance notice via the email address registered to your account or via a prominent notice displayed on the platform. The revised Terms will indicate the date of last update at the top of this page.
If you disagree with any changes to the Terms, you should cease using the platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect. Continued use of 99ba following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which 99ba is licensed and operates. In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, 99ba encourages players to first attempt resolution through our customer support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Players retain any statutory rights available under the consumer protection laws of their place of residence that cannot be contractually waived.
Nothing in this section limits 99ba's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
